These are the full speeches from two awards Adam has received from Macro International.

This person exemplifies the core value of customer service, integrating quality into all work they perform and routinely receives accolades for exceptional service. While this person began working at SHS long before many of us, he only joined what would become Web, Art, and IT Solution in 2002. Since that time, he has developed significantly as a Graphic Designer. A recipient of SHS' Employee of the Month award, he is known for high quality work while always keeping a smile on his face. He integrates quality into all work he performs, and he is accurate, efficient, and timely. At the same time, it is his contact with clients, both internal and external, that allows him to stand out. He is polite, professional, and proactive when it comes to ensuring that the I's are dotted and the T's are crossed, and you know that when this person works on one of your projects the final result will be just what you need. He works with you to ensure all requirements are met, and if you attend one of the SHS softball games, you'll see him contribute outside the office as well. It is with great pleasure that we thank and congratulate Adam Goldfine with the Customer Service award for 2006.

There are times when some of the best employees in a company are so low key, that most co-workers really don't know how well they do their jobs. The September Employee of the Month is just such an employee. Our winner has been described as the kind of person that functions under the radar, but whose consistent, efficient, and creative work helps support various projects on a daily basis. This work includes late nights and last minute frantic requests for help. In fact, our winner seems especially efficient with rush turnaround jobs that need to be done correctly and on time.

Proposal work around SHS has been modestly described as stressful at best. Our winner helps take some of that stress away from proposal managers by relieving them of the worry about getting certain components of a proposal completed on time and correct. One of our most experienced proposal manager calls our winner an amazing help.

People sometimes joke about our winner's mannerism, but, as one nomination states, if asked, every person who comes into contact with him would say how polite and professional he is in assisting them with their work. Those of us who know him well know he can put a smile of our faces with his good humor or make us bust a gut with his wicked humor.
